Martin Meijome's Pé Á Chapa Racing takes the runners up spot ahead of Jack Benyon's Absolute Rally in third.

In terms of the top country for 2021 - it's the UK that claimed a late and dramatic winner in the final event, overhauling Spain (2nd) and Finland (3rd).

Elfyn Evans wins the fans award for 2021 finishing 704 points ahead of Craig Breen - Sébastien Ogier takes third.

Mattia Sillo, holds on to his legend status for another year - although the battle is really hotting up with Garry Pearson now within striking distance of upgrading his crown from Silver to Gold. Keith Emery, the 2016 champion, is closing up to the leaders too.

The scores and league tables have been updated with the final results of Rally Monza.

Graeme Welsh takes the win in Monza with an impressive points haul of 3146. Graeme jumps 16 places to finish the year in 10th position in the overall standings.

Congratulations to Sebastian S, our Fantasy WRC champion for 2021. Sebastian has led the standings since Safari Rally Kenya and earns himself a much covetted Gold Star.

In second place, 667 points off the lead pace, is Eder F. Eder also has had 3 podiums this year having won Rally de Portugal, runner up in Ypres and a third in Catalunya. Eder is awarded the Silver star for his efforts.

In third position is Hector R. Hector has only played Fantasy WRC for 2 seasons and was last years runner up. Hector gets a Bronze star to add to last years Silver. Just the Gold missing now for a full set!

The final rally of the season is underway. Scores will be updated periodically throughout - you can see the latest update in the summary above.

If you're seeing this, you'll notice that the website has changed a bit. This is a preview of next years website. The competition remains exactly the same, but there's a lot more information for you to see.

Please let me know what you think. There's still a while before next season gets underway so there's plenty of time to tweak things before Monte 2022.

The entry list for next weeks Rally Monza has been published and the drivers have been updated here at FantasyWRC.

It's time for one final push to finish the year on a high. There are many championships still up for grabs here!

Just like real life, Sebastian looks reasonably safe at the top of the standings, but the podium positions are all there to fight for.

The personal league battle looks to be a four way fight between Twitteratti, Pé Á Chapa Racing (-131), Absolute Rally (-199) and GZ Motorsport / NorthwestSCC (-264).

The scores and league tables have been updated for the RallyRACC Catalunya - Costa Daurada.

It's a Finland 1-2 in this Rally - both Kalle H and Vile H score 3052 points to share the rally victory. They now sit in 11th and 15th in the overall league standings.

Sebastian S continues to lead going into the final rally and holds an Ogier-like lead of 711 points over Kieran Marshall and Eder F who currently share second. Hector R is knocked off the podium and occupies 4th.

Gary Boyd's Twitterati league knocks Martin Meijome's Pé Á Chapa Racing off top spot with a 131 point lead. Jack Benyon's Absolute Rally league just 68 points further back in third.

It's the Monza rally next up in around 1 month. Driver selections will be re-enabled once the entry list for that rally is published.
