The first Rally of the year is now underway, so driver selections have been frozen until after the event.

Stage scores will be updated throughout the weekend so check back regularly to see how your team is getting on. The latest stage updated will appear in the summary box at the top of the homepage.

Arrived a bit late? You can still enter but it’s too late to pick drivers for this event. But there’s plenty more to get involved with this year so all is not lost.

Today is Rally Day, so your last opportunity to pick a FantasyWRC team for the opening event.

Drivers transfers will be locked in at the start time of SS1 (19:18 GMT).

There are almost 1,600 entries in already, the biggest field since 2015. If you haven't already signed up why not give it a go? It's FREE and, in the words of many players, it can also FUN. (for some it becomes so much more important than that!)

Anyway - remember that cut-off. Tick-Tock....

The drivers here at Fantasy WRC have been updated with the details on the Monte entry list published today - so now is a good time to start drafting your team together for next weeks rally.

There are some drivers listed that aren't available here. If anybody you want to select is missing, let me know and I'll get them added.

As many of you have already discovered, the competition is already open for your entries. As for the drivers, the main protaganists have been added and are available for selection, although many more will be added once the entry list is published on 10th January.

An email reminder will be sent to those that have opted in - and details will be posted on Twitter.

If you’re looking for the final standings from the 2021 competition you can find them in the ‘Archives’ section above. The website has now been switched to 2022, ready for the new season ahead.

We’re a long way from knowing who will be on the Monte entry list right now, but if you want to start getting some of the admin out of the way, by creating your Entry / League for next year, feel free to do so.

I’ve opened the competition nice and early as I’m keen to get a few of you to test out the new website which has undergone a serious rewrite recently. As such, if you encounter any problems or think something doesn’t look right, please let me know!

If you would like an email reminder when the entry list is published you should ensure the ‘Receive Reminders by Email’ setting in your Account > Competition Settings is set to Yes. You can also follow @fantasy_wrc on Twitter to get the latest news.
